This notice explains how Logomath Analytics Single-Member P.C. handles the personal data you send us through logomath.gr.

Who is responsible

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, your email address and your message.

When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you visit the site: our web server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request.

Why we use it

We use your contact details and your message only to reply to you and to handle any request that follows. Where your message is about a service or a contract you are interested in, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Otherwise it is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

We use server logs to keep the site running and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing so (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell it.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as the one that remembers your language. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Fonts from Google

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and may process it outside the European Union. Google’s privacy policy applies to that data.

Who receives it

Our website hosting provider and our email provider process this data on our behalf, only to provide their services to us. We share it with anyone else only when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and our replies for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we need them longer for a contract with you or to meet a legal obligation. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, and to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or receive it in a portable format. You can also object to our use of it where it rests on our legitimate interest. Write to info@logomath.gr; we reply within one month.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, www.dpa.gr.

Changes

If the way we handle personal data changes, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
